Why Bermuda?
Bermuda is one of the most beautiful islands you will visit. From the pink sanded beaches, friendly Bermudian people, and amazing fish sandwiches, Bermuda should be on everyone's list of places to visit more than once.

How do I join?
​You must be a member of our paid membership program to join this meetup. Or be the plus 1 of a current member of our membership program.

Membership must be submitted no later than February 14, 2020 to participate in this year's meetup.

Paid members will be emailed all meetup specifics (which include details on all available meetup activities and lodging details) on February 17, 2020. Paid members will be allowed to bring a plus one; male or female 21 years or older with them on the trip.

There is a cap on the number of people who will be able attend this meetup so be sure look out for email on February 17, 2020. Email will be sent before end of day 11:59 PM EST

When am I confirmed for the meetup?
You and your guest will be confirmed when one of the two happens: you book at our host hotel by the deadline provided, or you book the meetup activity package. Once you are confirmed for the meetup we will add you to our Meetup Facebook group.

Do I have to stay at the host hotel?
No, you do not have to stay at the host hotel, but you should note that all our activities will start and end at the hotel. The only pickup and drop off will be at the host hotel. If you choose not to stay at the host hotel, you would need to arrange your transportation to and from the host hotel.
Do I have to purchase an event package? Can I pick only the events I want to join?
Unfortunately, you will have to be book the entire package, as we will not do a la carte event. You are welcome to skip any activity. There is no refund if you choose to skip an activity.

Can I get the hotel price and activity package before I join the membership program?
Unfortunately, you cannot. If you sign up and decide that you do not want to attend the meetup, you will still enjoy all the perks of being in our membership program.

I want to try and find a roommate to split lodging cost with, can Sisters Traveling Solo assist with that?
Within our Sisters Traveling Solo Facebook group only, we will create a document that those who are seeking a roommate can add their name too. Members will be able to reach out to anyone on the list privately. Roommate connecting will only be done on this single document within our group Facebook page.
What if I am not on Facebook, how will I get updates? Find a roommate?
We will not assist in finding roommates outside of Facebook as mentioned above. All confirmed meetup attendees will get updates via email. Updates will not be posted on Facebook; the meetup Facebook group will be used solely as a way for all meetup attendees to connect.

Can local meetups join the activities? We are still working to determine if there are opportunities for local members to join us given our activity list. If we determine that there is an opportunity for local members to join us we will post it in our STS Facebook group.
​
We would highly suggest that you look cost in Bermuda for two reasons: you will get the average price of lodging/activities in Bermuda, and so you get a clear picture of how much a discount you are getting joining us on this meetup.
