— Cost
$2,895* per person for Double occupancy; two people per room
$3,495* per person for Single occupancy; one person per room
*Includes: 4 Star Accommodations, Activities*, Tours, Meals*, Airport Transfers, Local Transportation to Activities, round trip domestic flight from Lima to Cusco, and round trip train/bus ticket to Machu Picchu.

Double Occupancy - $335* per person for shared room
Single Occupancy - $415* per person for single room
— Payments - Non Refundable - Trip payments will start on September 15th.
1st trip payment will be due on September 15, 2019. Non refundable payments due on the 15th of each month. Monthly payments are due on the 15th regardless of when the deposit is made.

— Roommates
Anyone without a roommate will be paired with another member on the trip. If you have a roommate, you will be asked for your roommate information 2 months before the trip departure date. Please avoid emailing us your request after booking
— Things To Note About This Trip:
- There is a lot of working during this trip both at the Scared Valley and Machu Picchu. Both will require climbing stairs.
- In Cusco each member should be prepared for attitude difference. Guest should read up on the affects of change in attitude and the best ways to prepare for it.

— Included in the Cost
Airport Transfers – We’ll work with the hotel to arrange pickup and drop off from Jorge Chavez International Airport. Airport transfers will be made via the hotels shuttle service.
Local Transportation - All ground transportation to and from our activities.
Round trip Domestic Flight - Round trip flight from Lima to Cusco (does not include baggage fees).
Round trip train ticket to Machu Picchu - Round trip train ticket on Peru Rails to Machu Picchu.
Accommodations - 8 days, 7 nights at a 4 Star hotels in Lima and Cusco.
Activities – We will partake in several activities throughout our time in Peru including;
City Tour of Lima, Train ride & visit to 7 World Wonder to Machu Picchu, and visit to the Sacred Valley.
STS Gear - (1) STS T-Shirt and Rally Towel
Meals - Daily breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 dinners included (does not include alcohol or desserts).

Accommodation - 8 days, 7 nights at a 4 Star hotel in Lima and Cusco.
Lima Hotel - 4 nights. Excellent location in Miraflores withing walking distance of ocean and shopping.
Each double room includes: two twin size beds, private bath room, tea and coffee-making facilities, TV, air condition and free Wi-Fi.
Each single room includes: one queen size bed, private bath room, tea and coffee-making facilities, TV, air condition and free Wi-Fi
Cusco Hotel - 3 nights. Beautiful views and cozy atmosphere, this hotel is located outside the center on a hill overlooking Cusco and about a 10 minute walk downhill to the city center.
Each double room includes: two twin size beds, private bath room, tea and coffee-making facilities, TV, air condition and free Wi-Fi.
Each single room includes: one queen size bed, private bath room, tea and coffee-making facilities, TV, air condition and free Wi-Fi
— Payment Terms
Full Payment Special - $100 off total cost if full payment is made by 9/15/19. Cannot be used in conjunction with $75 off membership discount.
A $75 late charge will be applied to all payments made after the 3-day grace period. Missed payments will be applied to the next month plus the $75 late fee. Trip will be automatically cancelled after two missed payments. No refund of deposit or payments will be provided to a trip cancelled due to missed payments.
— Invoices
Payments will made via an invoice. Invoice can be paid via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover card. Invoices are sent to the email address that members provide. It is guest responsibility to sign up to the client portal to make payments for each trip each month. (1) invoice is sent to guest each month, invoices are sent to clients at least 10 days before they are due.
— Refund Policy
24 hour cancellation.
Deposit will be refunded upon request 24 hours after trip has been booked. After 24 hours of booking no refunds of deposits will be given.
Non-refundable deposit and payments. After 24 hours of booking no refunds of deposits or payments will be given.
Deposit Transfer to Future Trips - Trip deposit cannot be applied to another trip.
We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance in case you have to cancel your trip so that if you have to cancel, your travel insurance policy can reimburse you. Sisters Traveling Solo will not reimbursement members outside of the terms disclosed above. If member is unable to make the trip due to medical issues, member needs to work directly with their travel insurance provider for trip reimbursement.

Flights - Flight or transportation to or from Lima - Jorge Chavez International Airport
Local Transport – Outside of the organized activities.
Meals – Meals not mentioned above; no alcoholic beverages or desserts are included in any of the meals.
Visas - Any travel visas that may required based on Country of residency
Luggage - Any luggage fees; including lost of baggage or luggage replacement fees
Insurance – Travel or health insurance.
Souvenirs - Cost of souvenirs.
Gratuity - for Guides, Drivers, Cooks, Staff, or Waiters.
Tours/Excursions - Outside of the organized tours we will assist you in booking any additional tours you would like to arrange.
Additional Hotel Cost – Outside of what has already been arranged by Sisters Traveling Solo (STS).

Travel Insurance - Travel insurance can be obtained when you purchase your flight. You will be asked to show proof of travel insurance a month before we depart. A minimum of $250,000 in travel insurance is REQUIRED. Travel insurance can be obtain when you purchase your flight or with World Nomad.
Failure to provide required information 1 month before trip departure date is cause for forfeit of trip without any refunds. Sisters Traveling Solo will not travel with or include anyone in trip activities.
