REGISTRATION DETAILS:
 

To be entered in the contest, Entrant must register for the Sisters In Travel Conference on or before August 25, 2021 (11:59 pm EST) then complete all entry requirements.

​

Entrant and "Plus 1" must complete all below requirements, be women, and be 21 years or older on or before trip departure date of trip selected.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Entrant must be a REGISTERED attendee of the Sisters In Travel Conference on or before August 25, 2021 (11:59 pm EST).
    

2. Entrant must INVITE a "Plus 1" to sign up for to the Sisters In Travel Conference between the contest dates August 1 - 25, 2021.
   
   "Plus 1" MUST submit a successful conference registration form and payment between the contest period of August 1 - 25, 2021 (11:59 PM EST). 
   
   Important Note: Qualified "Plus 1" are those who sign up between August 1 - 25, 2021 (11:59 PM EST).  "Plus 1" who signs up outside of the contest period are not eligible to participant in this contest. 
    

3. Entrant MUST instruct "Plus 1" to enter the Entrants name in the section of the form that ask "how did you hear about our event" section of the registration form. 
   
   Important Note: Entrants name will not be added after "Plus 1" conference registration form has been submitted.  Entrant should ensure that "Plus 1" knows to enter their name as listed on Entrants conference registration form. 
    

4. Entrant and "Plus 1" MUST attend and be present at the Sisters In Travel conference on November 6, 2021 for the entire duration of the event, 8 AM - 4 PM.   
    

5. Entrant and "Plus 1" must FOLLOW the Instagram pages of both Sisters Traveling Solo  

 

 

CONTEST DATES:
 

Entrants must register and submit a successful payment for the Sisters In Travel Conference on or before August 25, 2021. Entrants must invite a "Plus 1" to the Sisters In Travel Conference.  Entrants "Plus 1" must register and submit a successful payment for the Sisters In Travel Conference between August 1 - 25, 2021 (11:59 PM EST).

​WINNING PAIR SELECTION:
 

On November 6, 2021 (1) pair of winners (Entrant + Plus 1) will be selected randomly live at the event by Sisters In Travel Conference.  Winning pair will be confirmed by Sisters In Travel Conference as both being present at the live event at the time prize is announced.  Winning pair (Entrant + Plus 1) MUST be present at Sisters In Travel Conference to claim prize.

WINNING PAIR ANNOUNCEMENT:

​

Winning pair will be announced on site at the Sisters In Travel Conference and Sisters Traveling Solo social media accounts.  Winning pair will be contacted by Sisters Traveling Solo (7) business days after the conference with instructions on how to claim the prize.

 

WINNING PAIR TO RECEIVE: 
 

Winning pair Single Occupancy (1 person in room) spots on Sisters Traveling Solo June 30, 2022 trip to Colombia. 
 

Prize consist of everything listed as ‘Included’ on the Sisters Traveling Solo website; lodging type, meals listed as included, and activities that part of the itinerary.  Flights or anything listed in the ‘not included’ section of the website are not included in the prize giveaway.
 

For the avoidance of doubt, Winner is responsible for purchasing her international flight from her home city to the starting destination of the trip and the return flight from the end destination of the trip. In addition, Winner is responsible for purchasing the required trip travel insurance.

Trip Includes: Tours (real Cartagena tour, Palenque tour, mud bath, Rosario island hopping, meals as listed in trip itinerary, airport transfers, Single room, 4.5 star hotel lodging, all ground transportation to activities.
 

Trip Excludes: international flight from Winning pairs home city or cities to the starting destination of the trip and the return flight from the end destination of the trip, required travel insurance, visas or immunizations, alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, meals not included as part of trip package, gratuity, hotel deposits, or any additional trip expenses not listed on Sisters Traveling Solo website.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:  
 

Winning pair must be women and at least 21 years old on or before trip start date.   Winning pair will not be able to change, transfer or request a different trip be awarded.  Winning pair are solely responsible for ensuring that the dates of travel are conducive of Winning pairs schedule, including work time off.  If Winning pair, for some reason, is unable to attend the trip or if any portion of the trip is missed, for any reason, Winning pair cannot request any trip reimbursement, or trip credit.  Winning pair cannot transfer the trip to another person or request a trip transfer from Sisters Traveling Solo. 

 

​DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
 

Winning pair will be required to submit a signed trip contest agreement fourteen (14) days after being announced as prize Winner which includes Sisters Traveling Solo (STS) trip terms and agreements, and also outlines all the contest and trip specifics before they are officially confirmed as the winner of the trip. If Winning pair fails to sign such agreement and agree to the terms, Winning pair  forfeits the trip in its entirety.  Winning pair is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary documents to travel to the selected trip destination.  Winning pair must be 21 years of age or older before the trip departure date
