Trip Captains are our on-the-ground customer service to our clients during their trip. This role does not involve any aspect of trip planning.
Interested Applicants must be a team player, love enacting with people, be able to oversee a group of 15 - 20 clients, be social, detail-oriented, meet deadlines, be punctual, be a team player, have flexible vacation time, and have a willingness to learn.

The role mainly consists of creating unique and fully custom itineraries, confirming and checking all tour/transportation reservations, taking action on any foreseeable problems efficiently, and liaising with Trip Captains to ensure they can execute the itinerary successfully.
