TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective January 1, 2027

PROGRAM DISCLAIMER

The Sisters Traveling Solo Loyalty Rewards Program is offered at the sole discretion of Sisters Traveling Solo.

Sisters Traveling Solo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Rewards Program, including rewards, status levels, qualification requirements, benefits, eligibility requirements, and program terms at any time without notice.
 

Participation in this program does not guarantee future rewards, discounts, benefits, or continued program availability.

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Sisters Traveling Solo Loyalty Rewards Program, travelers must have completed at least one Sisters Traveling Solo trip during 2025 or 2026.
 

Travelers who have not traveled with Sisters Traveling Solo since before January 1, 2025 are not eligible to carry forward previous trip counts and must begin the program at zero trips.
 

STARTING STATUS

Your Loyalty Rewards Program status is based on your total number of completed Sisters Traveling Solo trips as of December 31, 2026.
 

Unless specifically stated within these terms, rewards and benefits are not applied retroactively.

The only reward applied retroactively is the Seasoned Sister Jacket Reward.

HEY SIS! STATUS
Qualification
 

Travelers who, as of December 31, 2026, have completed a total of three (3) Sisters Traveling Solo trips (no more and no less) will be assigned Hey Sis! Status for 2027.
 

To maintain Hey Sis! Status, travelers must complete at least one Sisters Traveling Solo trip during each calendar year.

If a traveler does not complete at least one Sisters Traveling Solo trip during a calendar year:
 

• Hey Sis! Status will be removed.

• Any unused rewards will be forfeited.

• The traveler must begin earning rewards again from the beginning of the program.
   

Reward:  $175 Travel Credit toward your 4th Sisters Traveling Solo trip in 2027.
 

How It Works: 
 

• Travelers who completed exactly three (3) Sisters Traveling Solo trips by December 31, 2026 will receive a $175 travel credit toward their 4th Sisters Traveling Solo trip in 2027.

• The credit is not applied retroactively to any trip taken in 2026 or earlier.

• Travelers who completed four (4) or more trips by December 31, 2026 are not eligible for the Hey Sis! reward.

• Travelers who complete their 3rd Sisters Traveling Solo trip during 2027 will receive a $175 travel credit toward their 4th Sisters Traveling Solo trip.
   

Cancellation Policy

• If the qualifying trip is cancelled, the reward will be removed.

• If the 4th trip is cancelled, the reward will be removed.

• If the $175 credit has already been applied, the $175 will be added back to the reservation balance and become due according to the payment schedule.
   

Additional Terms

• The $175 credit has no cash value.

• The credit cannot be transferred.

• The credit cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.

• The credit cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, special offer, or incentive.
  
   

SEASONED SISTER LEVEL

Qualification

Travelers who, as of December 31, 2026, have completed six (6) or more Sisters Traveling Solo trips will be assigned Seasoned Sister Status for 2027.
 

To maintain Seasoned Sister Status, travelers must complete at least one Sisters Traveling Solo trip during each calendar year.
 

If a traveler does not complete at least one Sisters Traveling Solo trip during a calendar year:

• Seasoned Sister Status will be removed.

• Any unused rewards will be forfeited.

• The traveler must begin earning rewards again from the beginning of the program.
   

Reward: Complimentary Sisters Traveling Solo North Face Jacket.
 

How It Works
 

• The North Face Jacket is the only reward that will be awarded retroactively to eligible 2026 travelers.

• Travelers who completed six (6) or more Sisters Traveling Solo trips by December 31, 2026 are eligible to receive one complimentary jacket.

• Jackets for eligible 2026 travelers will begin shipping on December 1, 2026.

• Travelers who earn Seasoned Sister Status after January 1, 2027 will have their jacket ordered on December 1 of the year the reward is earned.
   

Jacket Terms

• Limit one jacket per traveler.

• Jackets are made-to-order and are not kept in inventory.

• Jackets may take up to 45 days to arrive after the order has been placed.

• No cash value.

• Cannot be transferred.

• Cannot be exchanged for another reward.
  
   

FOUNDER'S CIRCLE LEVEL

Qualification
 

Travelers who, as of December 31, 2026, have completed nine (9) or more Sisters Traveling Solo trips will be assigned Founder's Circle Status for 2027.
 

To maintain Founder's Circle Status, travelers must complete at least two (2) Sisters Traveling Solo trips during each calendar year.
 

If a Founder's Circle member does not complete at least two (2) Sisters Traveling Solo trips during a calendar year:

• Founder's Circle Status will be removed.

• Any unused discounts will be forfeited.

• The traveler must begin earning rewards again from the beginning of the program.
   

Reward: $350 travel credit for a maximum of two (2) eligible Sisters Traveling Solo trips per calendar year.
 

How It Works: 

• The $350 travel credit will be issued to the traveler's customer portal.

• Travelers are still responsible for paying the required deposit at the time of booking.

• The credit cannot be applied toward the deposit.

• The credit may only be applied after the deposit has been paid.

• The credit may be applied toward the monthly payment balance of an eligible trip.

• The credit applies only to the first two eligible trips booked during the calendar year.

• If a traveler books more than two eligible trips during the calendar year, the third trip and any additional trips will not receive the $350 credit.
   

Eligible Trips:

The Founder's Circle credit may only be applied to:

• Sisters Traveling Solo trips with a traveler cost of $2,095 or greater.

Excluded Trips: 

The Founder's Circle credit may not be applied to:

• Weekender trips.

• Trips with a traveler cost below $2,095.

• Meetups.

• Memberships.

• Welcome Dinner events.

• Trip planning services.

• Any non-trip purchase offered by Sisters Traveling Solo.
   

Cancellation Policy:
 

• If a discounted trip is cancelled, the $350 credit will be removed.

• The traveler must book another eligible trip during the same calendar year in order to use the benefit.

• Only completed travel counts toward maintaining Founder's Circle Status.
   

Founder's Circle Terms:
 

• Maximum of two (2) $350 credits per calendar year.

• Credits must be used during the calendar year in which they are issued.

• Unused credits expire and do not roll over.

• Credits cannot be applied to deposits.

• Credits have no cash value.

• Credits cannot be transferred.

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or any other reward.

• Credits cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, special offer, or incentive.
   

REWARD RESTRICTIONS
 

• Loyalty Rewards Program benefits, credits, discounts, and rewards cannot be combined with any other Sisters Traveling Solo promotion, discount, special offer, loyalty reward, referral incentive, coupon, or promotional pricing unless specifically authorized by Sisters Traveling Solo.

• When multiple discounts are available, the traveler must choose which discount to apply.
  Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per reservation.
   

GENERAL PROGRAM TERMS
 

• Sisters Traveling Solo maintains the official record of all trip counts, status levels, and reward eligibility.
  Only completed travel counts toward reward qualification and status maintenance.
  Cancelled trips, transferred reservations, waitlisted reservations, and future bookings that have not been traveled do not count toward status or rewards.
  Rewards may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  All decisions regarding reward eligibility, status levels, trip counts, and program administration are made solely by Sisters Traveling Solo and are final.
