LIMA CITY TOUR

Get acquainted with the Peruvian capital, and learn about when it was founded in 1535 and became the “City Of The Kings”. Lima's historical center is considered a World Heritage protected by the Unesco.

ARRIVAL INTO LIMA

DAY 1

Upon arrival into Lima, Peru, make your way to our host hotel.

Arrival & Departure: This tour starts in Lima and ends in Cusco. Ask our team for flight suggestions after booking.

Group Airport Transfers & Hotel Check-In

Airport transfers provided from 6 AM - 11 PM local time on the day of arrival. Hotel check-in is 3 PM. Departure airport transfer provided on Apr. 1, 2021 between 12 AM - hotel check-out. STS does not arrange early-ins or late check-outs.

LIMA CITY TOUR

DAY 2

Today after breakfast, we will head out to explore the city of Lima!

We visit to the most important square in the whole country; "The Main Square", Archbishop's Palace and the Municipal Palace. Standing strong in Lima’s Plaza de Armas (aka Plaza Mayor), where Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro established the city in 1535, the opulent Municipal Palace (Palacio Municipal de Lima) has been fantastically rebuilt and restored many times over. Today the neo-colonial administrative center has an elaborate French Renaissance interior.

Other great places we will visit are the Train Station Palace, unique old fashioned "Cordano Bar", colorful mansion palaces, Jiron del, Union Pathway, First Fotoshop Palace in south america, Post Office Palace, Domenicans tower, Historical Rimac Bridge and lovely surrounded wooden Balconies and the next big project in the City the Under-river subway.
